An entire wedding party plunged into a lake after a dock they were standing on for photographs gave way beneath them.

Eric and Maegan McKee were at their wedding reception on Saturday afternoon in Shelbyville, Michigan, when the photographer asked them and their bridal party to pose by the lake.
Video of the event shows the bridal party preparing for the photo before the dock completely gives way beneath them.

"We were out there for probably 30 seconds, standing on the dock and it started to lean and tilt," Mr McKee told 24 Hour News 8.
"We went right under."
Shrieks filled the air as the well-dressed group struggled to swim to land.

Mr McKee did not wait for his new bride, taking off towards dry land while a bridesmaid helped Mrs McKee.
The bridal party laughed it off and were cheered out of the water with a standing ovation from the guests.

Well it's true, I have this cousin who is forever on a diet... And she keeps telling me how she has dropped 20kg but I swear she is getting bigger.. Completely in denial.
