One shouldn't see or compare the nations as companies & it's people leaders as share holders, this is wrong mentality thinking. This makes the E.U leaders go out of touch with reality & they cannot be sacked by the 500 million europeans who never ever actually voted for them but were voted by their nations leaders. A very draconian system...
and who told you that the eu leaders have any resemblance of touch of reality? the ideals of those who formed trhe eu have seen those very same ideals corrupted . damn straight its a company. and as we all know companies and corporates have no soul
It is sad to see Greece being treated as a company, when it is in fact a country with people in it who got a rich history & are extremely proud of it & they are hurting. Instead we see an ex banker come in like a liquidator & take control as if Greece were some company, very wrong, so wrong in many ways.
if you ar referring to papdimos, let me remind you thagt he was appointed by the two majorities in parliaent to lead them.
a) to show some resemblace of seriousness towards their europan counterparts b) they both thought they would have have a dancing monkey bent to their will while they both continued the farce of politicking in their oh so familiar styles
funny thing is, according to the latest polls, most greeks would vote for papadimos if he was part of a party.
why? my guess is because he told those very said parties, to shut the fuck up, get their palouki out of their ass, pull up their sleeves and finally get their hands dirty from work
