OMG..just OMG....

i am completely shattered right now!! i burst into tears when i heard of her death...the lady may have has some issues in life!! but she was a legend in her own right !!!!

she sang with passion,feeling and hope...an inspiration and a true performer !
may u rest in peace :( !!!

it is sad to see this woman die from drugs.

i think the plight of african americans is sad and a real pity.

the system is skewed against them,and they have a tendency to move towards crime and poverty and drugs as a result.

i always when i worked in my company,employed women mostly,and tried my best in getting some african americans to do a secondment in my office to give them international experience..i this way they were more qualified than others so they can move ahead.
