Hy guys! I'm really glad i found this forum. Hopefully u can help me. I'm preparing to move from Greece to the East Melbourne, Bentleigh exactly and live with my boyfriend. Since he's a boy i'm not sure he can help with woman stuff such as:

- I've studied fashion styling and make-up artist. where do u think i can work there? Would u like to propose me some links or company where i can apply?

- R there any good shops in the region or coiffure / salon de beaute etc?

- How's the fashion industry there?

- I've also studied journalism. Do u have any greek radio/ newspaper or smth similar there?

-What about the greek communities? Is the youth active there?

Hi There,

If you can do makeup many women make a good living with their own business doing makeup at peoples homes for weddings, engagements and other special occasions. Some people will charge up to $120 to do ones persons hair and makeup. Other options could be to work for major makeup brands at the large department stores such as David Jones or Myer or even Napoleon Perdis. As for journalism we have many magazines and newspapers also. If you are in Bentleigh you have areas such as that , Clayton and Oakleigh near by which have a good population of Greeks. Many cafes in Oakleigh to hang out at such as Vanilla , Nikos and a place that still has no name!!! When will you be arriving in Melbourne?
