Take the light rail to Central station, then a train to Lidcombe then take the Olympic Park sprint train from Lidcombe to Olympic Park. There are direct trains from Central country terminal to Olympic park but they do not run very frequently. Check it out at www.131500.com then select Trains Timetables and Olympic park line.
